1、 Product introduction
CBE2 two-stage liquid ring vacuum pump is the latest energy-saving vacuum pump product developed by KENFLO (former Guangdong Foshan Pump Factory Co.,Ltd.). It adopts the design of two-stage impeller and is suitable for the working conditions of power plant and high vacuum working point.
2、 Product features
1. The newly optimized hydraulic model is adopted and divided into two-stage impellers to complete the vacuum pumping and compression discharge process. The pumping performance is more stable, especially under the working pressure of 33 ~ 150mba.
2. Strong structural design, adapt to harsh industrial application environment, more reliable operation and higher efficiency, and reduce long-term operation cost for users.
3. It has strong adaptability to high vacuum and is not prone to cavitation.
4. In the power plant, it is an upgraded product of 2bw4 vacuum unit.
5. In high vacuum operation, the performance is more stable and the noise is very low.
6. The front and rear impellers are separated, the front and rear pump bodies are separated, and observation hole plates are set on the side covers at both ends.
7. The cost of replacing accessories is low, and the condition of main components inside the pump can be checked without disassembly.
