1、 Product introduction
CBF series water ring vacuum pump is a new generation of energy-saving product of kenfulai pump industry (formerly Foshan pump factory). It is usually used to suck gases that do not contain solid particles and are insoluble or slightly soluble in working fluid. Water is generally used as working fluid.
2、 Product features
1. The optimized hydraulic design of flow passage components greatly improves the operation efficiency and remarkable energy-saving effect.
2. With lower impeller linear speed, the operation of the pump is more stable and reliable, and the noise is lower.
3. The exhaust port equipped with flexible valve plate can automatically adjust the exhaust angle and effectively prevent over compression in the exhaust process; The closed circulation of working fluid is adopted to greatly reduce the loss of water.
4. Equipped with automatic drain valve to control the starting liquid level of the pump to avoid overload starting.
5. When the closed circulation of working fluid is adopted, the loss of water can be greatly reduced. Through the self-priming capacity of the vacuum pump, the cooled working fluid is introduced into the pump without additional pressurization device.
6. When the pump body is equipped with diaphragm, a vacuum pump can pump different vacuum at the same time.
7. The pump body and side cover are connected by flange, which ensures the overall rigidity and anti vibration ability of large-scale water ring vacuum pump. When the maintenance space is small, horizontal assembly and disassembly can be implemented.
8. The packing gland is a semi split structure, which can be removed as a whole and the packing can be replaced.
9. The impeller reinforcing ring adopts inward moving design to prevent the retention of impurities and reduce the impact of water scaling on the pump.
10. When the overflow parts are made of stainless steel of different grades, they can meet different anti-corrosion requirements.
11. When the flow passage parts are sprayed with ceramic polymer material SEBF, while meeting the very stringent anti-corrosion requirements, its smooth surface can effectively reduce the precipitation of ash and slow down the scaling process.
12. The connection performance is good. When connecting with our 2BE1 series vacuum pump, there is no need to change the connecting pipeline, which greatly reduces the transformation cost.
13. Some parts can be exchanged with 2BE1 series vacuum pumps to reduce the cost of spare parts.
