Liquid Ring Compressor

A liquid ring vacuum pump compressor is specially used across process industries, such as the recovery of atmospheric tower gas and primary tower gas during oil refinery operations based on atmospheric and vacuum distillation, compression of nitrous acid gas in the hexanedioic acid industry, compression of oil gas on offshore oil platforms, etc.

Guangdong Kenflo Pump Co., Ltd., founded in 1954, is a professional liquid ring compressor manufacturer integrating R&D, production and sales. With 7 manufacturing bases and over 1,300 employees, Kenflo is certified to ISO 9001/14001/45001 and CE, supplying safe, energy-saving compression solutions for the chemical, petrochemical and oil & gas industries worldwide.

Pros of Kenflo's Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps

  • Safe and reliable compression of toxic, flammable and explosive gases, close to isothermal compression

Sourcing & Buy FAQs

Everything you need to know about specs, custom options, and lead times.

Q1: What is your delivery time?

A: For small parts and small orders, delivery usually takes from a few days to around ten days, and sometimes one to two months or even half a year. For large project orders, it generally takes several months to half a year.

Q2: Can it compress flammable, explosive or toxic gases safely?

A: Yes. The compression process is close to isothermal with low temperature rise, making it inherently safe for such gases; CE and ATEX certified options are available.

Q3: What discharge pressure can be achieved?

A: A single CBK unit reaches up to 0.7 MPa(G); the 2BWX tandem compressor unit can reach an ultimate discharge pressure of 1.3 MPa(G).

Q4: What is the capacity range?

A: 1 to 150 m³/min for a single unit, with larger capacities available through tandem or parallel configurations.

Q5: What materials are used for wetted parts?

A: SS304/304L/316L and duplex stainless steel are standard to ensure corrosion resistance.

Q6: Do you supply complete packages?

A: Yes. We provide complete compression packages including auxiliary equipment, instrumentation and control systems, customized to your process.
