Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump

Kenflo liquid ring vacuum pump is developed from the 2BE1 and CBF water ring vacuum pumps, a rotating positive displacement machine providing process vacuum in industrial applications such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and special gas transfer industries. It is the ideal option for pumping flammable, explosive, and toxic gases.

Guangdong Kenflo Pump Co., Ltd., founded in 1954, is one of China's leading liquid ring vacuum pump manufacturers, integrating R&D, production and sales. With 7 manufacturing bases, over 1,300 employees and full-process manufacturing, Kenflo is certified to ISO 9001/14001/45001, CE and ATEX, serving chemical, pharmaceutical and power industries worldwide.

Sourcing & Buy FAQs

Everything you need to know about specs, custom options, and lead times.

Q1: What is your delivery time?

For small parts and small orders, delivery usually takes from a few days to around ten days, and sometimes one to two months or even half a year. For large project orders, it generally takes several months to half a year.

Q2: What is the lowest suction pressure (ultimate vacuum)?

Single-stage pumps reach about 33 mbar(A), the two-stage CBE2 series reaches 25 mbar(A), and the 2BW9 compound unit can achieve an ultimate vacuum of 0.5 kPa(A).

Q3: Can it handle corrosive, flammable or toxic gases?

Yes. Wetted parts can be made of SS304/304L/316L, duplex stainless steel, titanium alloy or Hastelloy, and ATEX-certified versions are available for explosive atmospheres.

Q4: What working liquid is used?

Water is standard. Closed circulation with a heat exchanger is available to reduce water consumption and operating cost.

Q5: What are the typical applications?

Oil refining vacuum distillation, flare gas recovery, adipic acid off-gas, chemical and pharmaceutical processes, power plant condenser exhauster and special gas transfer.

Q6: How do I select the right model?

Please provide suction pressure, capacity, gas composition, temperature and site conditions; our engineers will recommend the optimal model and package.
